We're immediately looking for a sous chef to join our kitchen team. Would you like to work in our spacious kitchen, nestled beneath the Zeeland dunes? We're situated in one of the most beautiful locations in Vrouwenpolder, just a stone's throw from the beautiful beach and a popular stop on the Walcheren cycling routes. Our guests love to return to explore the rest of the menu and enjoy our lovely terrace.
The summer months are a lot of work, but the winter months offer some nice free time in return.
What does the Sous Chef position entail?
As a sous chef, you'll be responsible for daily kitchen operations, preparations, staff meals, hygiene, and food safety. You'll also contribute ideas for new dishes for the menu.
What do we expect from you?
- Available at least 5 days a week.
- You are a team player.
- You are available in the evenings and on weekends
- You have experience as a sous chef or independent chef in a professional kitchen.
- You are fluent in Dutch. (English and German are a plus.)

- A full-time employment contract (year-round contract)
