Terms and Conditions 2025/2026
Cancellation policy (Flexible rate**):
- You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival date*.
- In case of cancellation within 48 hours before the arrival date* or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
Cancellation policy for small groups. From 5 to 10 rooms. (Flexible rate**):
- You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival date*.
- You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 14 days before your arrival date*. We will only charge a one-time €50 administration fee.
- In case of cancellation within 14 days before the arrival date* or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
Cancellation policy for large groups of 10 or more rooms (Flexible rate**):
- Up to 30 days before your arrival date*, you can cancel your reservation almost free of charge. We will only charge a one-time €50 administration fee.
- Up to 14 days before the arrival date* we will charge 25% of the reservation costs.
- In case of cancellation within 14 days before the arrival date* or in case of no-show, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
Cancellation Policy (Non-Refundable***):
- Your reservation is booked at the Non-Refundable rate. You can no longer cancel your reservation free of charge.
Cancellation Policy for Packages:
- All packages and special offers not marked “Flex Rate” or “Flexible Rate” automatically fall under the “Non-Refundable” rate.
* The arrival date is the 1st day of your reservation.
** Flexible rate is also referred to as “Flex Rate” in the system and/or confirmations
*** Non-refundable is also indicated in the system and/or confirmations as “Non-Ref”
Cancellation Policy Beach Bungalows
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to the date of the first deposit.
If you cancel after this date, the deposit will be forfeited.
After the date of the second deposit, your reservation becomes non-refundable, and in the event of cancellation, the full amount will be charged.
